Random fires in one spot

I keep getting fire in one singular spot, always in the bathroom on the ceiling, it’s happened many times in the past and still has not stopped. It’s getting really annoying and it’s also in my legacy house so I don’t wanna have to change houses, I have attached an image to show, no it’s not mods or CC im on Xbox
