    @wahini2024   Thought of something else.

    Since you said that it seems to stop when you go on vacation, that leads me to believe that it is something in the home zone causing the issue and that leads me right back to NAPs.  The behaviors you've described match a couple of what I see with a couple of certain NAPs enabled.  You don't have to reenable NPC voting either.  Just leave that unchecked in the game options.  But turn testing cheats on and then shift click on a mailbox and instant enable Fun Loving Community and Roughhousing Encouraged.  Let the game run for a few seconds and check to make sure they are enabled.  Then Shift Click again and Instant repeal them.  Let the game run a few seconds and then check to make sure they got repealed.  Then play for a while and see if there is any change.  What I am thinking is that they didn't repeal fully and left a residual of some sort behind when you did it before.

    It that doesn't work, you might try enabling some of the other other NAPs like Free Love, Green Gardening, etc.  to see if those will kick in and replace the previous behaviors with those from those NAPs.  Self Sufficiency is a good one to have anyway so that would be a good candidate to enact as well.

Wow.  Since you've done all that, I really don't know what is causing it.  Humor and Hijinxs socials don't usually last beyond the festival so when it ends, those die down to normal.

So, since you didn't say which platform you play on, I'm assuming that you play on a PC or Mac and can use mods.  So one thing I would do is look at the hidden traits on the sims involved to see if they have any residual hidden traits that are NAP related.  You can do that with the SimsInfo mod by Itasan2 at MTS.  The reason I bring this up is that some of the NAP hidden traits used to get stuck on sims and they would keep doing things that the NAP called for like fighting even though the NAP was repealed.  But that got fixed several patches back. But maybe that is happening for you.  Long shot I know but at least worth a try to see if you can identify a cause.

Something that would be good to know if it is happening in just that one zone or world.  So if you travel, does the behavior happen elsewhere or is it just that one zone? Or is it happening in any other world like Willow Creek or Oasis Springs?

Another thing I thought of is you could try is deleting all the NPCs in the Other side of Manage Households.  Not the unplayed premades in houses, but just the Not in World NPCs.  I'd make a copy of the save folder first before trying that though.

The odd thing is that in my other game loads I don't have this issue.  At all.  Even when Naps were enabled. 

It's only happening in this game load which was created when dream decorate came out.  As for the rest of the world in this load,  I really don't travel to many places out of the city and when I do I'm not playing as someone from... willow creek for example.  I have seen a fight in Windenburg while on a love day date but that's somewhat common even in other loads

Another odd thing...if they vacation in Salvadorea they stop fighting with each other for awhile (pranks don't stop sadly the toilet breaks everywhere) and then it starts back up and sims I'm not playing as will begin to rank up again in mischief, comedy, charisma and fitness. I have one Sim at fitness 7 though I haven't been in rotation with her for her to even reach that level.  However, she is always at the gym when I'm there with another sim as a "townie" 

It's like the vacation breaks the cycle briefly. I still wonder,  only because the skills would match the festivals,  if the festival interactions aren't fading as they should.  

I like your idea. I think I'll create a save and try that to save myself from busted toilets, bacon wrapping fines at work,  random hot cold romance, Llama fines at work and bouts of brawling right after having a nice meal. It would be funny if it wasn't like an infestation and constant.  It does add drama though! I'll also keep this mod link if all else fails.  Even if I could cut the debauchery in half it would be enough 🤪

I'll update after I try it and the cache delete.  Oh, I'm on PC 🙂

      Awesome,  thank you.  Between the Nap issues and update and buggy new pack it's been hard to sort out exactly what's gone wrong here

      I did dump the cache as @PugLove888 suggested and the game is running better but the interactions, while somewhat less,  are still way overboard.  

      I've kicked out of worlds out and I'm about to check the mailbox (none are active right now) and let it run then repeal.  I haven't had kids enter the game because I'm afraid these sims are also terrible parents because they're... well terrible to everyone.  

      Here's hoping tonight it gets solved (and 100 times thank you for helping! ) 

      Speaking of Naps... would it be common that one area of the city had rough housing while the others didn't? 3 of the areas had the exact same naps and one had totally different Naps... over by the fitness area they had juiced, rough house and I think fun loving but the others had power and water conservation and tech guru. 

      Oddly my best behaved and loving sims live in the fitness area next to the Fengs. Strange.  Checking now!

        Alright,  while they still are generally a bit angsty and a tad rude doing the naps enable and repeal has stopped much of the behavior.  For anyone who might encounter this the things that haven't stopped seem to be residual to the earlier sims who were more impacted by the naps prior to disabling them.  Those who entered after disabling the naps are acting as normal

        The earlier sims are still a little rowdy but it's liveable and not constant.  Pranking has been reduced to residual or hidden goofball traits as opposed to all sims.  It isn't effecting other worlds but mine was confined to just one world, Myshuno, to begin with.  

        It's now liveable drama and dumping the cache was very helpful as well I'm sure some of the mess could have been there as well.  

        Dumped cache

        Repaired game

        Repealed all naps

        Disabled naps

        Manually enacted the prior naps briefly 

        Repealed to clean out the residue

        No naps enabled anywhere 

        This process got rid of about 80% of the issue with the rest being hidden in earlier sims it would seem (but it's completely liveable and kinda adds a city vibe at this point)
