Ravenwood lots won't appear

I recently purchased the Lif & Death pack; however, the lots from Ravenwood does not appear. I can enter the world but nothings there, just empty spaces and I cannot click on anything. I repaired the game twice and restarted the app but still having the same problem. I have no mods install.
