Delete whole folder with screenshots inside. The game after turning on will create a new empty one the same folder. The only way to avoid this situation is to check this folder frequently. Move the photos you want to keep, out of the game and delete the rest.
I don't work for EA This one bothers me too. It is a clunky set up to have all screenshots, selfies, photos from all households intermingled. I am not sure it was always this way. Early on in the game I used screenshots to assign emotions and then viewed them to help my sims obtain a certain status, I.e. focused. Recently I went into the photos in game noticed all photos from everyone are there. That is a lot to sort through... especially with the influencer job. My photo taking has quadrupled.
Wow that is incredibly irritating to have to do when there are some I’d like to keep in there...
thank you though! I appreciate the help! Guess I’ll just have to go through it often or remove it and put back the ones I want.
Have you tried sorting through them in the screenshots folder in your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4. It would be a lot faster to preview and then keep or delete what you want from your desktop. I wish I could find the way to delete townies like this! Sometimes the game’s way to see and delete is soooo cumbersome.
