Delete whole folder with screenshots inside. The game after turning on will create a new empty one the same folder. The only way to avoid this situation is to check this folder frequently. Move the photos you want to keep, out of the game and delete the rest.

This one bothers me too. It is a clunky set up to have all screenshots, selfies, photos from all households intermingled. I am not sure it was always this way. Early on in the game I used screenshots to assign emotions and then viewed them to help my sims obtain a certain status, I.e. focused. Recently I went into the photos in game noticed all photos from everyone are there. That is a lot to sort through... especially with the influencer job. My photo taking has quadrupled.
