@chawty101 That at least the ping went through OK so it's not blocking that. What security software are you using ?

@crinrict currently nothing. I had Avast but my trial ended and I uninstalled it. The only thing I have on is Ad Guardian plus.
The EA app says i'm online and i'm able to explore other games on there too. When i go to the sims 4 however, all features that need connection, all of them get stalled on the loading screen.

@chawty101 I'm so utterly bad with connection issues that I don't really know how to help you.

Could you maybe add a picture of what you are seeing ?

@crinrict lol it's alright, thank you though for even attempting to help with such an annoying problem. To be honest randomly for a day 2 weeks ago i was able to access it. Then i restarted my laptop after it died, and again no more gallery.
