Let's try the following, let me know if you're able to claim the other rewards:

Check that your Xbox gamertag is correctly linked to your EA account

Make sure your game is up to date.

1. To set your console to automatically receive updates:
   • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   • Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
   • Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.

Make sure your Console system software is up to date. 

1. Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
   • Console update available. Select this button to begin your update, or
   • No console update available. This means your console is up to date

Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

Uninstall

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
• Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button select Uninstall, and then follow the prompts.

Reinstall

• You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or go to My games & apps > Full library.
• DLC - Highlight the Sims 4 on the dashboard. Press the Menu button, Select Manage Games and Addons. Install all the DLC from there.

I feel the exact same way I claimed all 3 weeks worth of rewards and today it reset me back to the dart board

I had ALL the rewars from the Happy at Home event, but somehow they disappeared from my game, right now I'm trying to get them back

There's a mod that has all the furniture rewards from that event, but is not fair to give the players the responsability to find a way to "fix" EA mistakes.

EA, I want my stuff back

I have the same issue as the post above! I collected all the login rewards before the event ended but now they've disappeared from my game. was there like a file or something that its attached to that you shouldn't delete? I try to keep my game folders freshly clean and neatly organized, id like to know what we did wrong somehow to have them disappear. I hope we get an answer to this issue before you think of doing another login event.

You haven't done anything wrong, it's EA's fault.

I've seen people saying that they had to reinstall their game due to a computer problem (which is common btw), and now their rewards are missing too! EA should have though about this, we are not suppose to reinstall the game or the stuff will disappear?? What? F#ck no! 

In my case I did not even reinstall the game or anything, my rewards are just gone! Is that fair? Am I suppose to say is not a problem since we got it for free? What's the point of having the event then?
