Gallery creator profile not appearing (aliwhims)Mac

Hello, I’m experiencing a Gallery issue in The Sims 4. The creator “aliwhims” does not appear when I search their ID, and when I access their profile it shows no creations, while other players can see their uploads. I have: - Removed all mods and CC - Deleted localthumbnailcache - Repaired the game - Searched with no filters - Tested in Live Mode and CAS My EA account is over 18. This seems to be an account-based Gallery indexing issue. Platform: PC Game version: Latest

    did you check both the web and the game ? Do you maybe have the option to hide reported items ticked ?

    Currently don't have time to check myself, will do so later.
