How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work , City Living, Cats & Dogs , Get Famous, Discover University, Vampires, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Moschino Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enroll in university, realize you are not able to go for the fine arts degree you wanted. Drop out of university, Grow your skills, reapply for university. Get your new acceptance letter and then wait to see if you are ever allowed to enroll.
What happens when the bug occurs? Enroll in university is grayed out says sim has dropped out recently and has to wait a few days before re-enrolling. It has been two full game weeks and it is still grayed out.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to re-enroll my sims after a few days or at the very most a week.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
