Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

    After deleting all LastException files and triggering the error again, no new file appeared. I enclose the last one from yesterday. Hope it will help to solve the problem. Thank you.

    @svihulka If you don't get a new LE after deleting, then that one is probably related to something else.

    Do you have this issue on a specific save only or also if you start a new one for testing purposes (close down the game before trying a new save).

    This issue occurs on my main save and also on a backup save of the same game. When I try a new save (new game), it works without this issue. But I want to continue playing with my family...

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

    @svihulka Look like your save is affected by the orange/triangle issue which is a sign of corruption. Did you have those before the patch ?

    Yes, these triangle signs appeared ca. year ago. When I try to go to the corrupted lots, the game fails with an error. But this has not been such a serious problem, so I have continued in my game and just avoid these lots.

    So there is no way to fix it at all? Of course, I thoroughly searched for solution of the exlamation points bug as soon as it appeared - without success. As I see, the solution still has not been found. Corrupted lots are not a problem for me, but whole unaccessible world makes impossible to finish some aspirations, which is really disappointing for me.
    It is just so frustrating if I should give up of almost 10 years of playing with a very complex family and of my buildings...☚ī¸

    @svihulka I really don't know but since you have triangles in the neighborhood as well, I do think it's connected.

    I have no idea what's going on with it and if games will become playable again or not.

    @svihulka Bit much going on currently so I probably won't find the time to look into your save further so I can't say sure it's the same issue but the orange triangles don't bode well.

    Well, I managed to save cca 90% of my families and buildings in the gallery and transform them to a new save. Even though my currently played family completely lost their inventary, relationships, clubs, shop rewards etc., it is still better than nothing and I can continue playing with my family and enjoy the game again. Advice for the future: save every created house in the gallery 🙂
