@PoptartJuniper The lot name is "1020 Alto Apartment" in San Myshuno. 

@noullc_ycl Do you know the creators name? There's a lot of apartments with that name.

Edi: I think I found it, by Missaspenblue? It looks like the one in your screenshot.

@PoptartJuniper Sorry I thought you asked for the lot name on the map. The first build I tried to place and thus discovered the problem is "1020 Alto Apartment" by missaspenblue in the gallery. But like I said, I also tried some random builds for this lot and none of them worked, so I am not sure if it's the problem with this build in the gallery. 

@PoptartJuniper I just went to remove all the mods I have and the issue remains ☹️

@noullc_ycl Have you used the TOOL mod on the lot or platforms?

Edit: I placed the lot from build mode from live mode. I have a sim living on the lot. Are you placing from manage worlds or from live mode?

I tried live mode but still couldn't place it ☹️

@noullc_ycl Another helper, @JonaO703 , had luck placing 1020 Alto by Player_f4auvqgl without MOO. 

Edit: Perhaps try using the custom wall tool to outline the apartment again to set the wall boundaries? Just a wild guess there.

Did you try a new game to see if you could place a gallery apartment down in that lot on a new game?

OMG I created a new game and IT WORKED! I did not have to move any of my mods, so basically it is something with my current save game. But I am still confused about how to fix it lol.

I encountered this problem too and creating a new save allowed me to place the apartment.  The game didn't seem to like it when I had already placed an apartment from the gallery in an adjoining apartment.
