@Eggelhaft  Try changing the site language, along the top of the screen, to English.  If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

The bug form is working overall, judging by the number of new posts; it's just that it doesn't work in every context.

If it's not, please make that change and try to create a bug report again to test it.
