Re: Can't transfer funds to or sell vet clinic

If you can't transfer funds to the vet clinic, you could try funding it by selling things through Build/Buy mode. This isn't a solution but it should make for a pretty good workaround. 

Go home. Buy an expensive, portable item such as The Virtuoso Violin (15,000 simoleons). Put the violin (or other item) in your personal inventory, then travel to the vet clinic. Place the violin on the lot, go to Build/Buy, and sell the violin. That should give the clinic enough funds to get things started. 

You can probably do the same thing in reverse to take money out of the clinic after it starts making a profit.
