@PaisleyPlays2 I moved your post over from another thread but it also sounds like you have an outdated mod running.
I had the same issue and no solution seemed to work for me.
Do you have Twisted Mexi's T.O.O.L.? I do and I uninstalled it. This was still not a solution for me, but when I deleted all versions, including the folders in /Download and others, I started The Sims back up. Then I immediately got the pop-up that I had some unclaimed rewards from the Happy Home Login Event and I could download all rewards.
When I started up the game, I found them amongst my stuff, so that worked fine.
I will now re-install T.O.O.L. and I suppose the rewards will still be in the game.
