I've had a ticket open for a week. They closed it as fixed without even bothering to reply.

Are you contacting in through email or live chat? Please be sure to try the live chat option. If you're not seeing a live chat option, try selecting a different topic or issue and you'll see that contact option instead.
Email. EA tries desperately not to talk to customers. At best I can find a topic with the email option. Most just point me back to this community. I have not been able to find a live chat option anywhere.
I've managed to exchange 3 emails so far, and had to repeat myself 3 times. They just will not understand what I'm trying to do. I try to follow the rules, and all I'm met with in pure incompetence. I'd be better off just lying about my child's age so I can create a normal account. I can't believe how infuriating EA makes this.
I argued for 20 minutes with live chat.
"And trust me we do not have any option to add the game. if we have any I had done that for you before."Sent them a link to this forum post and they added the game...
I have also attempted to reach out to live chat, but was disconnected and have not been able to chat with them again. How do you suggest I chat with them again since there is no way to resume a chat or start a live chat?
It's incredibly frustrating and ridiculous that EA does everything in their power to not actually communicate directly with their patrons and instead wants patrons to help each other. Not a good way to run a business...
How on earth do I get through to a live chat? I’ve been trying to add Sims 4 for my child for hours!
