Re: Cross-Progression for Sims 4?

Xbox, PlayStation, and computer versions of Sims 4 are all separate games incompatible with each other. This is why pack purchases and saves don’t transfer. Saves aren’t “in the cloud” at all (at least not on computer) but just stored locally on your device. Transferring even between computers involves manually copying over the files.

You can upload lots and households to the gallery, however, and then download them to a new device.

Does that mean we have the purchase the pack again??

@itz_jameecia yes, content has to be purchased again when switching from console to PC or when switching from Xbox to PlayStation. The base game is free though.
Add-ons aren't in the right format to be played across platforms unfortunately.
