My fable quest was to collect 3 aura petals and deliver them to the mystical fairy who is Zhaleh Amani. Once I collected the aura petals I went back to Zhaleh Amani and it does not give me the option anywhere to deliver the item. I have completed all the other fables except this one.

So I just found your query here as I was having same issue, You actually need bluebells to deliver to Zhaleh and if deliver does not come up then bin the fable and start it over this fixes whatever big in preventing the deliver coming up once items are acquired. If in doubt reset lol hope this helps you if you hadn't already got the help.
