I have, I have used both testing cheats on and testing cheats true.
I have also used both ModifyRelationship and modifyrelationship

Doing those 2 variations and just using first names when sims are close to each other worked too until I downloaded growing together and island living
I think it has something to do with growing together because it focuses on relationships, messed it all up
I have other expansion packs that the code worked before downloading the last 2 packs,
The other packs include city living, seasons, ecolife, cats and dogs. The code worked when I had just those expansions
