Crashes, won't connect to CAS.

I HAVE ZERO MODS. 

The Resume game has sims who are unfamiliar

Click RESUME GAME: this happens 👇🏻

Click OK and I can select a season, I can select a world, I cannot move in. I can't afford anything and there is no SIM'

x From here if i try to open the gallery everything has red Xs through it.  My library is there. My gallery home page has Xs

select NEW GAME:  crashes app. it closes and goes to Home screen of app. 

select LOAD GAME - Brings me to SELECT A SEASON. same thing as Resume. I can select a world, no sim and can't afford anything.
