Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I used to play the sims 4 on an old laptop, but hadn’t played in some time. I redownloaded the sims on my fathers ps4 that he no longer uses and linked my EA account to the ps 4 but none of the expansion packs I had bought have loaded in. They all say unowned. Can anyone help?

@haley_bird30 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, which is that packs don't transfer between console and PC/Mac. This is by design, and unfortunately you'll need to buy the packs a second time, or go back to playing in Windows or macOS.
