Re: Free base game question

@Gagea25 I played on Xbox before I downloaded it on my laptop and have CC but I never got the desert luxe pack for my xbox and I was so confused why everyone else got it and I didn’t? I eventually got it when the game went free but I don’t understand why I didn’t get it when it was free?

@ts4_shadowsims it wasn't automatically added, there was a process to go through and that process was complicated by a bug which meant that the Desert Luxe kit didn't always appear on the homepage with the other DLC.
So to redeem mine on Xbox Series S I had to open the gallery, find a lot that used the Desert Luxe kit and then click on the icon for the kit then it took me to the store where it told me it was free and I could download it.
So getting the kit wasn't so straightforward, I've played for about 22 years and needed assistance from a helpful EA rep to get it I felt like a bit of a doofus. But got there in the end.
