I bought Cottage living on CDkeys as well and similar to this case the bonus was not added at the beginning. I wrote to support and they added it and it worked. This time they told me the bonus is already added (i don't see it tho) and told me to wait.
I was wondering exactly what you sent them as an email to get them to fix the problem cause im also having preorder bonus item problems and i wish to get it resolved. Please and thank you!
It there any way to get help besides Amazon?:They hadn't been very helpful as I already explained to them a few times I got the product code but that the bonus content is missing and even called. They won't give me the bonus content even though the site said it is included if bought before April 27th.
