So I have the same problerm. Claimed all 3 items last week, then I was forced to update the game and I cannot see the event anymore. Also, the items I had are no longer in my game. Then I tried on PC (laptop before) and it also doesnt appear. Laptop is Win11, PC win 10, both EA App, so I think it must have something to do with my account?! What can I do? I dont wanna miss out the items, thats unfair ☹️

3. What language is your game ? german
4. What country are you in ? Germany
5. Did you have troubles at all before it first appeared? No, just since the forced update (But I was not able to claim the desert lux kit when it was free a few years ago (09/10 2022), it didnt appear in my game as free, some EA Dude in the forum fixed in manually, that was my last trouble, dont know if there is any connection).
6. Do you still have the freezer bunny tile ? Dont know what that is, where to find it or if I ever had it
7. If you're on a mac, are you using EA app or Origin ? No mac
8. Any mods/cc in your game? MCCC, UI Cheats and some CC Hair
9. For EA app: Please provide the EA app Error Report number 0622854c-2eab-4dd3-9df6-1cee578d8f4e
10. Did you do anything specific when it disappeared (like updating the game) forced update
