Re: Happy Home Login Event not appearing on Main Menu

The event hasn't started for me yet. I don't have the cybunny tile.I haven't been able to claim any rewards, since the event doesn't appear in my game.

I don't have mods. My game is fully up to date. Reinstalled game. New game save. 

I do hope it starts before or on June 13th. Fingers crossed

What happens if we dont get the event by the 13th seems there isnt a way to contact EA?

Good question. 

In the meantime, Aussie reporting in - it's now 9th of June and still nothing. Seriously, shame on the sims team for the extremely poor implementation: a staggered release was clearly decided for THEIR benefit, not for the benefit of the end user. All of us still waiting are no longer excited, just frustrated and possibly, angry. 

At this point I don't even give a hoot anymore, but I will return to report in should I see the login event for the sake of my fellow Aussie simmers.

I did contact EA and they said that if the problem isn't solved by itself then I have to post it here in the forum and see how many other people had the same problem. 

A staggered release could work if they said in advance how it was done and when it would start for everyone.

I have actually given up hope that the event will start. I think I'll miss out on it. 

It's a shame, since the people who got it says the items are worth it.

@tizercat Did you never have it or had it at one point and loose it ? No freezer bunny tile or no pop.up ?

@crinrict No, I don't have the freezer bunny tile. I've opened my game every day to check if it has appeared but it hasn't shown up at all. I do get a pop-up from EA app to come claim the limited rewards but there's just nothing to be claimed.

I am from the Netherlands and still nothing appears for me either. 

It just doesn't show up so I dont have an error ID there is nothing wrong with my game or app , its updated and all mods are gone and cache cleaned out, the game is spotless. I have tried to use your EA help page but there is not a section for the event not working.

My only difference is I'm in South Australia and we don't get a release date yet the other state next to me already got it days ago so we are probably not getting it till you decide to release it too us apparently but I don't know what we did wrong to have to wait this long. At this point I dont believe we will get it and we will have to wait till you fix why we haven't got it yet.

I found someone on Facebook that said they got it 3 days ago, they live in Sydney but I am in South Australia and still dont have it ☹️
