    I have read this post over and over every time I have a party. I STILL have yet to see the option for an adult to make a toast. Does it have to be a sim in your household??

    Since you can not control sims not in your household it has to be someone in your household making the toast.

    Remember both sims must have a glass in their hands and they must be friends.

    Edit.

    You will find it under friendly interactions if the above conditions are met.

    1. Form your friend sims a group.
    2. Order drinks for group. (It makes easier to hold glasses at the same time.)
    3. Click a birthday sim while they are holding the glasses - Click Friendly - Click Make toast (click More choices until you find this)

    Success.

    I think “adult” means aged sim or a grey haired old sim.
    I am not sure how I succeed because he was the birthday sim and also a older sim since he became old after blowing the candle.

    You have to be friends with another sim while both of you are holding drink click on your friend under friendly interaction it will say toast.
