Yes, thanks. I started to use trendy more and they gained followers.

If trendi and social bunny are supposed to be the same, then it's not working in my game. My sim has nearly 200 followers on trendi, but no matter what I do the social bunny count has been stuck at exactly 19 for ages. She has lots of friends on there, posts constantly about everything, nothing. I'll try throwing some parties maybe, see if that helps, but it seems super weird that it should work like this.
@Fanphoria Trendi is a sales tool and will generate followers as you use it. Simstagram also generates followers as you use it. Social Bunny is more like Facebook - you need to add contacts. I've not seen a way that they're auto-added.
No its different, specific goal of one of the teen aspirations is to have 250 followers on Social Bunny, you cant add that many * contacts on it. Mine was stuck at 10, left me thinking it was just like my social media. But looked around because no matter what I did seemed nothing helped. Only 1 thing did fix it, for 1 sim day maybe less was to delete the localthumbnails.cache that would have the follower count go up, Id then need to do that again before posting the following day for followers to go up again

Exactly. There's definitely a difference between your follower count and actual contacts you "friended" on social bunny. The count usually gets stuck, but sometimes a sim I have DOES end up getting hundreds of followers on social bunny, even if the don't have many actual contacts on there. Even if they have a fair amount, they definitely don't have over a hundred, which, like, you said, you're supposed to have 250 for that teen aspiration. I don't think sims are even allowed to know that many other sims without the relationships being culled lol.
