@LisaCybergirl To delete the lot use the bulldoze house icon at the center top of the screen in build mode. If you used any terrain tools you can then also bulldoze terrain. Save.

If you want a larger lot leave that lot and find one that has a larger dimension. If you are in a world and hover over a lot it should show you its dimensions.
