Sorry for the wait! Are you still having this issue?

If so, are the sick pet owners checking in the vet podium? Make sure they can reach the podium without issues. You won't be able to interact with them as patients unless they have checked in.

Yeah, this still appears to be some kind of issue even now. I played 2 days ago and was able to great and treat loads of patients. But today I can't greet any as none of the sims walk in the building (pets can though). I checked nothing accidentally moved, or if I locked the door, added a new door but nothing...

are you using any mods in your game ? Did you change anything about your game ?
