Re: item stuck in active sims inventory.

Just wanted to say, I found this thread since I had a similar problem... and the giving the item as a gift solved it!!

I had a painting that a guest started, and then abandoned, at my painter sim's house. It couldn't be moved or finished. I put the easel in my painter sim's inventory -- and the painting went in and got stuck, since it wasn't his. I would have just accepted this -- except now every other large painting that went in got stuck "behind" the bugged painting in the stack. This would have been disastrous, since my painter sim loves to do large paintings from reference all over Sulani, but he would have not been able to get them back to his gallery to sell. (And you can't put them in the household inventory when off the lot, and you can only put them in another sim's inventory when they are present with you.)
