@erinberrypie I would change it from a National Park to a different lot type and see if that makes a difference if you want Sims to turn up. The National Park lot trait for me rarely gets any Sims turning up lately but I like that because I got tired of Sims interrupting gatherings so I use it a lot for the peace and quiet. Generic lots don't get much use either. Try it as a park perhaps or add a small bar and use the Bar lot type as they do get more traffic and you can use those as a club hangout. I use the Cottage Living pub, the Gnome's Arms for one of my clubs so I know that works. Bars don't sound so teen appropriate but can be depending on the design, with food and things like that. I've added bowling and skating too. But you might prefer just a Park.
For meeting as a club, you can travel there together by using the phone or by meeting at another lot and then travelling as a club.
