Another thing you can do if you have a graphics program that allows you to save in multiple formats is to load the PNG and save it as a JPG and attach that to a post. Most graphics programs these days do that. That works for me and it always reduces the file size to under the pic limit here. For some reason, the PNGs you get from the ingame camera screenshots is just a little over the limit here.
