Re: My sims parents deleted! How do I make new ones (Sims ID Code didnt work)

@Ryanrox0922 you mentioned the sim ID code so you sound really familiar with the game. I was wondering if you have tried cas.fulleditmode to either pull an old copy of the parents from the library or gallery? Or just created new parents? Using the full edit mode cheat you can fix the relationships to be parent and child. 

Unfortunately I don’t have old copies of the parents. And if I try to make new ones, the relationship options only come up as siblings 

Try making them elders, set the relationship and then move them back to adult. Or make your sims young adults and them adults. It may be because they are younger than your sims. 

yes unfortunately I’ve tried that. This is because the sim has already had parents but due to a bug they were deleted and when I look at the family tree there are people there but with no name and no picture.

What do you think, does that sound like the issue you're having? If you do think so, the Sims team really could use some saves on it.
