@shawtydizzle If you mean to sell it your sim needs to travel to the lot. Then you open the panel/little info window in the right corner, about the store. There is an option to sell it, it has a little prize tag as an icon.

If you mean delete the whole lot from the world map, you go into Build Mode and on the top of the screen choose the small button for Bulldoze, and click it. This will remove the lot permanently from the save. If you have saved it on the Community Gallery or your own private Library it will still be there.
