@CGrant56  Thanks. After posting, I realized that my sim learned some recipes but not others. I never got notifications so I didn't notice at first. I understand what you're saying,, I have DO, but in DO you get a notification that you've learned a recipe right after eating the dish, in SE I didn't get that. So, it semms at minimum it's a notification bug, maybe?

After posting this, I found a thred on bug reports talking about SE recipe issues, so I posted more info there. Thanks 🙂
