@KashhInYoAss  are you using skin tone overlays cc skin.

If it is cc it could be one it's outdated or two you need to have higher graphics settings I personally don't use cc but one of my friends had this problem once so she put the graphics on ultra settings exited the game and went back on the Sims 4 and the sim was no longer shiny.
