@WizardJeremyArch Pretty sure this is the way all owned businesses work in Sims 4 - retail, vet clinics, restaurants, and now rentals. The businesses aren’t actually attached to the specific Sim, but rather to the household. So if you move your entire household in with another one you are essentially deleting that household as an entity - losing businesses it owns - and merging the Sims from it into the other household. So if you want your landlord to marry a tenant, you need the tenant to move in with the landlord, not the other way around. Once the households are merged you should be able to move them out of the landlord’s original home to wherever you want.
