That is what i meant by college is uni after they graduate from uni as a teen does the game force them to age to Young Adult? And why is sending teens to uni not reccommended?

No, teens who go to university do not age up on graduation. They stay teens until they hit the end of the life stage, or you manually age them up, just like it's always been. While teens can go to university, they can't participate in any of the organizations, nor can they finish the DU aspiration as they can't tutor. And after they graduate, they can't get any of the adult careers. They are still restricted to the teen careers. Another thing, when you graduate a teen from high school early, they do not get a graduation ceremony nor the high school graduation photo.
What I do for teens I want to graduate high school early is age them up with a cake. Then they get a graduation ceremony and photo. Then I have them apply and once they get the acceptance letter, off to university they go where they can participate in everything and get a full-time career upon graduation.
