Sadly, you are out of luck on recovery of the deleted save. When you delete a save in the Load Menu, it does not go into the trash bin if you are playing on a Windows computer or the equivalent on a Mac, and there is no alternative on a console either. A deleted save is permanently gone. The only way to continue to play that save is if you have a backup that was a separate file. Otoh, if you deleted the save directly using Window file explorer, you might be able to find it in the trash bin and restore it.
