You need to find something to write about first. Talk to other sims (interview them), search in rubbish...
Once you have something to write about, you will find the interaction in the computer.

    What you have posted is 4 years old. The word rubbish does not exist, nor would my sim has an option to interview.  I cannot complete a task if I cannot perform any of these functions.  What gets me is when the game will explain on how to complete a Promotion Task, but does not explain a Daily Task.  I am on PS4.  Can someone help with some advice please.
