Hi - yes it came as a zip file so I extracted it then copied the separate files into the mods folder. Mods are enabled in the game, I've closed and opened it again but it doesn't see the mod

@PizzaKing2020 Make sure the mod you are trying to use is up-to-date and compatible with the latest game patch. Outdated mods might not work properly or they may cause problems with your game save. Also, double-check the site where you downloaded the mod to see if there are any special installation instructions. For example, if it's a script mod, meaning it uses .ts4script files, it must be placed no more than one level deep in your Mods folder or the game will not see it. Script mods must also be enabled separately from regular tuning mods and custom content (CC). Make sure the "Script Mods Allowed" box is checked in your Game Options screen.
Also, are you playing on a Mac or a PC?
Thanks - done all of that but still no joy - I'm on a PC

@PizzaKing2020 - what mod are you trying to install?

@PizzaKing2020 Do you have OneDrive? If yes, can you check if there is a Sims 4 folder on your OneDrive? It might be that your game has created a user folder on OneDrive and is looking in a Mods folder there and doesn't see anything you've added to your Documents folder.
Sacrificial Zombie Apocalypse mod - thanks
no - not that either - thanks for the suggestion though - I really can't figure out why this isn't working!

@PizzaKing2020 - I have done some digging and it seems that Sacrificial has not updated this mod since the beginning of September. The patch on 20th Sept patch broke most mods. I'm sorry that you are having issues. Sacrificial does have a Patreon page, you could always post there and ask for help (not linking due to over 18 content).
ah - that is probably it! thanks for your help
