@blahbri The cheat that JP mentioned will work sometimes, but not always. A lot of the cheats are like that. Never figured out why some cheats work sometimes and not others.
If you don't mind using a mod, MCCC will give you the option to remove the ghost trait, and it always works. If you don't want to keep the mod, you can just install it, remove the trait, and then remove the mod afterwards. It won't break your game at all doing that.
