@libbyearny  Please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.  Do not add any mods back until you've tested.

The New Game and Load Game buttons are only present when you have an existing save, so if you moved your saves elsewhere or otherwise refreshed your user folder, what you're seeing would be normal.
