Re: There is no available counter space.

@xxlivvs Regarding your counters - do you have anything hanging over the counters? Such as lights, plants, hanging pots and pans? That can sometimes get in the way of the Sims reaching the counters.

Hello, I do have spotlights in the ceiling but before this issue even occurred I had spotlights before and had no problem.

@xxlivvs Is this happening to all Sims in all houses in your game or is it just a single household? Can you try a test on a different household or temporarily moving your household to a different lot?

Also, after you removed your mods/CC did you clear the game cache by deleting the localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 folder? The game will auto-generate a new cache file the next time you launch it.

@RandomBuzziness It’s happening to all households I have tested this on two so far. I deleted all cache also. Just not sure what it could be. I did install city living and I have had the issue since then so I don’t know if it’s linked.

@xxlivvs I'm having no problems with City Living and the Sim I am currently playing lives in San Myshuno. Can you test on a fresh no-mods/no-CC save by starting a New Game?

If everything works fine in a new save it might mean something is corrupted your old save. Even if this is the case I think it's safe to upload households and custom/edited lots from your old save to your Library and then import all of it into a new save.

I'm just a regular Sims player, I do not work for EA, Sony, or Microsoft
