@BluebellfloraContacting the customer support is no use for several reasons:

1) They do not record the issues, and most of them have no idea what you are talking about and have no solution to offer.

2) You can suggest them to give you a universal version of the game, but as explained, it solved the issue at first for me, but the next time, out of the blue, the issue was back again.

EA has to fix the EA App for Mac, there is an issue with it, which region locks products that shouldn't be. By this I mean that there wasn't the issue with Origin before, and also I have installed the game on the EA App on a PC, and I can play in the language I want without any problem. Unfortunately, not my computer, it was just for a trial. SO EA HAS TO FIX THIS!!! I am not gonna buy a single EA game before the issue is solved. How can we get the EA team to work on this seriously, this is what I would like to know now.
