@crinrict After a bunch of testing, it seems the vet clinic works again. I did set the max number of people to 30, so that might be what fixed it? I don't know.

Anyways, thank you for your help!

    I think for some weird reason the amount of people you have in your household counts towards the total of the Sim you an have on the lot, if they are there or not.

    Don't know why that only seems to be the case for the vet clinic (you did try on different lots, right ?) is a mystery to me.
