@Rae_Regenbogen NPC will run the Restaurant, etc as long its meets all Requirements , if not then the lot will be mark as incomplete and nothing will happen there

What do you mean by meeting requirements? Just the requirements to be a restaurant or a retail store like a cash register and stuff?
