Bugs

I am making this post to list bug issues I’ve encountered recently. Maybe others will have experienced the same thing but I’m hoping to find some resolution. This is on console, by the way.

• Every time I open the game, it acts like items from packs I own are brand new in every single category whether it’s Build Mode or CAS.
• Small dogs cannot be bathed. The sim will pick up the dog and then immediately put them down and then the action of them holding the dog doesn’t go away. I have to go to manage worlds just to clear the interaction.
• I cannot change anything in CAS. I can click on the categories but it will not let me scroll through them and change anything.

i tried finding a bug report form but the link wasn’t viable. I’ve tried reporting to customer support in the past but they told me the email I gave them was wrong (it wasn’t) and then they left the chat without resolving the issue. Looking for some solutions, please and thank you.
