I lucked out early in my current household and found all 3 of them in the Garden shop and just planted them in my garden. Sometimes there's only one or two there.

Alternately, Chocoberries are always in season, and there should be a couple of wild ones in the Bramblewood. You'll have to be in a Bramblewood lot at 5am, but you can harvest them then. Once you have 2 or more of a certain kind, you can trade them with the Creature Keeper for the other types (2 of any of the 3 types can be traded for 1 of the others).
