@mamasue835 Good question. I played the doctor career about half way, same with vets. I think if your sims get sick, well your pets can go to the vet, so why not (would be really cool to see a doctor player sim you made be there). I do know you can take a pregnant female sim and have them deliver at the hospital or at home, but home births seem risky lol. I had one of my pregnant sims deliver in the hospital, so that seemed a little more immersive, but you can't do this for all illness on sims, like a cold, they'll just take medicine or drink juice and rest normally.
