@SL4TE You could be right about the custom content or mods. Try playing a vanilla game without mods and/or cc and check in a new game if this issue is still there. Also make sure you delete the file  localthumbcache.package from your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder. When you don't see this issue anymore, you should test the cc or mods using the 50/50 methode or separately in a new save to find out which mod/cc is causing this.
